    Banking and financial Institution Code of Conduct

    First Finance Code of Conduct

    Article 1: Maintain professional confidentiality
    Maintain the confidentiality information of the institution, customers, and do not use confidential information for personal gain. 

    Article 2: Respect the law
    Respect internal regulations, principles, discipline, and respect working hours. Don’t destroy institutional property. Don’t use drugs, don’t drink alcohol during working hours, don’t use explosive weapons, and don’t gamble. 

    Article 3: Ethics and Good Manners
    Must be well-mannered, orderly, not harassing, defaming others, not engaging any unethical behavior, not discriminating, friendly, not using obscene language, respecting each other, being diligent, and striving to perform their work competently.All employees Do not use the following words or actions with colleagues and customers:
    a)    Using abusive language or words 
    b)    Using physical force 
    c)    Sexual harassment in any form
    d)    Yelling or threatening colleagues and customers in any form 
    e)    Entering a customer's home without invitation or permission 
    f)    Publicly defaming the customer's reputation. 

    Article 4: Transparency and Professional Integrity
    Must be transparent with the institution and customers, adhere to the professional code of ethics, and not steal, cheat, take bribes, lie, cheat, or falsify information. 

    Article 5: Conflict of Interest
    Do not engage in any actions or business that affect the institution’s business interests.
