First Finance microfinance institution is providing free consultation on property issues to clients and the public after its specialized staff has received training from trainers of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC). First Finance is taking care of its clients in which they can consult directly or by phone with FIRST FINANCE’s sales staff in each branch about issues in buying/selling or managing properties, or legal property ownership transfer.

For the public, everyone could consult by calling the hotline number (0936666 35) during working hours. The free consultation is a part of the campaign in reducing risks in buying/selling properties that First Fiance and collaborative partners have developed to provide knowledge to the public in which there are other projects and activities such as an educational workshop for the public organized in October 2018, publicizing presentation videos of speakers from relevant ministries, and producing infographic animation video, etc. We were proud that First Finance has been implementing the campaign smoothly, especially the free consultation service on property issues because these activities are what First Finance has been giving both its clients who are low and middle-income Cambodians, and the public beyond its financial service.
