Loan Recovery Officer

PURPOSE OF POSITION

A Loan Recovery Officer is responsible for the good performance of Non-Performing Loan from branches by implementing the loan delinquency management process and maximizing the WO collection in line with agreed business strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure an up-to-date Delinquency Management Process and its implementation
• Ensure the maximization of recovery NPL and WOL
• Assist in the delinquency management process training for branch staff
• Timely report to the Senior/Loan Recovery Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Degree in Law or related field.
• Experience in the Credit field and Credit Management.
• Excellent credit management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High level of customer service and negotiation skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
• Takes ownership and accountability for results.
• Fiscal Responsibility/Initiative/Thoroughness.
• Commitment to the First Finance goal, mission and values.
